After the slag discharge, the slag discharge lock bucket is closed. After the ash slag is settled and discharged for a short time, the pneumatic valve between the slag pool and the clear water storehouse is opened after a specified time, and the ash water containing fine ash after settlement in the slag pool in the slag receiving area flows into the overflow area of the clear water storehouse and is discharged by the slag pool pump into the next slag water treatment unit; The ash slag settled in the slag receiving area is dragged by the scraper of submerged scraper conveyor. After the preliminary dehydration in the conveying process of the inclined section, the ash slag is conveyed to the dehydration unit for final dehydration. The moisture content of the dehydrated ash slag is about 30% (depending on the material, the moisture content of the ash is different) and it is conveyed to the conveying equipment or directly loaded to the slag yard for storage.
