Details
The hydraulic cut-off gate is mounted underneath the slag well. It mainly works to close the cut-off gate in case of any fault of the slag removal device at the bottom of the boiler. The bottom ash slag is temporarily stored by making use of the effective slag storage volume of the slag well, thus preventing boiler shutdown caused by the slag removal device at the bottom of the boiler. The slag removal device will be temporarily repaired within a limited time.
Main feature:
1. The hydraulic workstation runs in a stable way with stable oil pressure and the pipe joint of the hydraulic pipeline is tightly sealed and does not leak oil. A hydraulic lock mechanism and a cut-off gate are set in the hydraulic system for double protection of mechanical check lock for the oil cylinder after shutdown. Even when the hydraulic pipeline leaks oil, the door leaf will not open automatically to ensure that no risk arises.
2. The cut-off gate is a hydraulic driven swing fan type and of a mixed structure stainless steel and carbon steel. The inner side is lined with fire-resistant and wear-resistant heat insulation layer. Its working temperature is not less than 400℃, and it can work at the highest temperature of 800℃.
3. The rigidity and strength of the cut-off gate meets the load requirements of the boiler's slag well to store no less than 4 hours of slag output of a boiler under MCR working condition.
4. The labyrinth seal is adopted between the door leaves to ensure that there is no ash and air leakage when the cut-off gate is closed.
5. During normal operation, the leakproofness of the hearth is guaranteed together with the submerged scraper conveyor. It can be closed in a reliable way in case of any fault of the submerged scraper conveyor. The setting of the hydraulic cylinder of the cut-off gate is reasonable.
The hydraulic system is free of oil leakage and jamming, etc.
6. The cut-off gate is equipped with a reliable local control device to ensure the safety and reliability of the cut-off gate after shutdown.
