Slag removal system of hazardous waste incinerator:
Hazardous wastes and sorted combustible wastes are decomposed at high temperature in the hearth of rotary boiler hearth, after which they are fully burned, the wastes are greatly reduced, and some unburned residues are discharged from rotary boiler hearth and then directly dropped on the grate at the lower part of secondary combustion chamber for re-combustion. After burning out, it is continuously discharged by the special slag discharge system and piled up in a safe area in a unified way.
A．Introduction
•Zbz GBL scraper slag dredging machine is designed for the mechanical slag removing in thermal power plant.It is used for closing the furnace and transporting the boiler slag to slag cabinet and next conveyor.
B．Structure
Compared to western countries’ products,our product has below advantages:
1.Concave gear chain system
Scraper slag dredging machine’s driving chain gear include concave and raised type.Experts believe that concave gear can’t caused in the falling down of chain and increase life time.
Slave gear chain is using concave gear to fit chain’s wearing and increasing chain’s life time.
Gear chain is made by steel wearing resist alloy,with graphite’s lubrication effect.It does not hurt the chain which is better than western countries’alloy steel chain in strength and life time.
Chain and gear haave a large stressed area. Gear chain has split type structure.Your do not need to disassembly main shaft which is safe and convenient.It could also run safely when the chain gear is not synchronized or unequal wearing. Raised type gear chain runs tightly during the operation which is easy to wear.And concave gear chain has a deflection to avoid wearing.A jockey pulley is equipped to absorb elongation to avoid frequent tension.
2.Hinged fork type scraper
Scraper and chain are connected by non nut hinged fork.It is easy to install and adjust scraper distance,without the limitation of nut’s rust and rigid coupling. Pellet
Connector is equipped to decrease hinged fork’s wearing. Triangle steel scraper has high strength and dust free. 65Mn flat steel bar is welded on the scraper to increase its wearing-resistance and life time.
3.slag dredging machine bottom cabinet is equipped with stone plate.
Its life time is 4-5 times longer than steel plate, with less frictional drag to decrease the wearing of chain and plate. It is an ideal plate of slag dredging machine.
Foreign slag dredging machine is lack of stone plate technology, so it is only on the shock free of water free section.And steel plate is used in the water section.

4.Scraper chain return with the supporting of jockey pulley.
It could be tight the chain automatically.With the help of gear tight, it could fit for the chain’s wearing which will avoid frequent tight.scraper rolling technology is used to decrease the wearing of scraper and chain and also decrease power consumption.
5.Hydraulic automatic tighting
Hydranlic automatic tighting is used. There are gears on tighting wheel to decrease chain tension requirement.
mechanical interlocking is used during normal operation. oil cylinder is stressing free,and without shock to hydraulic system which is safe and reliable.When the chain is loosing, the motor starts automatically and the oil tank tensions to the right positon
so it can be mechanical interlocked.
6.Reversed inner guide roller
It can be turned over the outside for maintenance which is safe and convenient.Grease but not water is used for sealing.
7.Machine tail open structure
It is easy for repair and change the chain and scraper.
8.Easy opening hole
It is easy for opening to save repairing time.
9.Driving parts
Hydraulic motor or electric motor can be used meet power factory’s requirement.
By adjusting the variable pump’s flow to achieve hydraulic motor ‘s stepless speed change.It has the advantages of less motor inertia,more break-out torque and high start ability.It can be started or stopped rapidly and frequently, corotation and reversion.
10. Driving shaft
Slag sweeping curtain is used for cleaning slags.Assisting chain off device is used for taking down the chain from the shaft.Motor and shaft are connected by locking disc to transfer torque by static friction force.
11. When repairing the machine, it is driven by motor and it is very convenient.
12. Unique new drain valve is used to replace Gate type globe valve to avoid dust blocking.
