The dry-type slag extractor machine

The main equipment of the air-cooled dry slag removal system is the slag extractor. It can operate in high temperature environment and is used for cooling, conveying, collecting and treating boiler bottom slag. Under the negative pressure of pulverized coal boiler hearth, natural air enters dry slag extractor from the outside, cools high-temperature slag, and hot air generated by cooling slag directly enters boiler hearth, bringing heat taken away by slag from hearth back to hearth, thus reducing heat loss of boiler and improving boiler efficiency.
